[TorMail] password restrictions

But it doesn't accept my strong(!) password.
The problem is that there is no information about what kind of password tormail accepts. And the admin doesn't answer for over one month.

Problem : Sometimes I am getting the same IP each time

Secondly, I have edited the Tor file to only use IP addresses from the UK.
This is obviously causing the problem, but why ?
Sometimes it changes the IP, but most of the time it is the same.
This is what I added.
ExitNodes {GB}
StrictExitNodes 1
