Test Shred When lifting weights, it's alright to cheat now and then. Getting in a few more reps by putting a certain portion of your body to work is a good way to ramp up your exercises. Though, be mindful that you do not do this often. Make sure to perform all your reps at a controlled speed. Never allow your form to be compromised.
