Hi guys,
I have just downloaded and installed Tor Browser Bundle rel. 3.6.5 and it doesn't works on my PC. Every time I try to connect to the TOR I receive the same error message: Insufficient resources.
And the problem seems to be: Problem bootstrapping. Stuck at 80%: Connecting to the Tor network. (Permission denied [WSAEACCES ]; RESOURCELIMIT;
I have had to downgrade to rel. 3.6.3 and now all is working fine.
Anyone else with the same problem? Anyone can explain me to solve this problem?
