Some kind of tor.exe bug or non harmful deprecated code?

I saw in Message log many groups of these info:

Oct 18 04:56:40.250 [Info] resolve_my_address(): Address 'host' resolves to private IP address '192.168.100.2'. Tor servers that use the default DirAuthorities must have public IP addresses.
Oct 18 04:56:40.250 [Info] router_pick_published_address(): Could not determine our address locally. Checking if directory headers provide any hints.
Oct 18 04:56:40.250 [Info] router_pick_published_address(): Success: chose address 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx'.
Oct 18 04:56:40.250 [Info] resolve_my_address(): Guessed local hostname 'host' resolves to a private IP address (192.168.100.2). Trying something else.
Oct 18 04:56:40.250 [Info] resolve_my_address(): Interface IP address '192.168.100.2' is a private address too. Ignoring.

My PC is behind a router and all settings are OK. ORport and DIRport are forwarded properly. MY relay is online and there is a lot of traffic.

The address 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' is the public IP.

It's about a malfunction or is just another non harmful deprecated code?

"TORsurfer"

It seems TOR has 2 ways to determine the public IP address. One method fail and the other (router_pick_published_address(): Success: chose address 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx'.) is successfully. That means these info doesn't matter, the TOR relay is working.
