Lobbying against websites refusing TOR

Many sites don't let you use TOR or you must enable javascript : why not take actions against them ?

What kind of actions?

Javascript is de-facto a standard. Yes, I also hate sites that don't work without JS, but who cares? All that stupid JQuery stuff will definitely rule the world, and we can do nothing with that. Use VirtualBox and keep all evil scripts in a jail.

And according to Tor - sites usually block certain IP's due to spam/trolling activity, not because they just "belong to Tor network".
