Hiding Tor From VPN?

I'm new to this but, Say someone is hiding that they are connecting to Tor from their ISP by connecting with bridges.
But say a VPN Keeps logs of connection times and bandwidth usage but they might keep more, Could someone hide from their VPN the fact that they are connecting to Tor by using bridges?
And would this require anymore work than just Connecting to VPN Through OpenVPN, Configuring Tor with bridges while the VPN is open?

I think no, because VPN Server is the actually node that connects to Tor network.

Good thing that almost all VPN's allow Tor. And your ISP will only see you connecting to VPN, which is also legal.
