Is this proof that my IP is hidden?

last month
Hi all, newbie here so please forgive me as I did a quick search but just need confirmation on this one subject.

I need to send a mail that the received cannot trace (don't worry, nothing illegal, hehehe) so I created an e-mail account and I am trying to use TOR to make sure that the recipient cannot know the location (city, country) that I am in. Specifically, I don't want them to be able to see nor extract my computer's IP from the mail.

I did some tests, the first set of text results (header) is WITHOUT using TOR and then second (below the double dotted line) is USING TOR.

From what I can deduct, the first test shows my IP which is 89.131.148.10 (see line "Received: from [89.131.148.10] by e.mail.ru with HTTP;") but the second shows an IP that is not mine (94.100.185.44) :D

Can I safely assume 100% that using TOR will make tracing my IP and hence real location IMPOSSIBLE?

Thanks in advance for any insight.
J.C.
