Was blacklisted for running Tor relay, why?

Hi, when tried to register at http://forum.joomla.org/ucp.php?mode=register

I got message that my home PC IP is blacklisted at http://www.ahbl.org/lktool

AHBL tells: "IP Address Query Results (dnsbl):
127.0.0.3 - Open Proxy - See http://www.ahbl.org

Reason for listing:
This host has been detected as an open proxy. This means that the machine allows others to use the machine in question to 'relay' or 'bounce' their traffic."

So my question is how someone could detect my IP address and report it as an open Proxy. It had to be someone from Tor network? My Tor is set to only relay (non-exit).

"postcd"

All Tor nodes are publically known and can be viewed in Tor Network status. Also there are many autogenerated lists like here and here.

There is special technology called Tor Bridges to avoid blocking of Tor traffic by ISP's, but I think in your case (accessing Joomla Forum from Tor Exit Node) even bridge will not help.
